  • Madeline is an experienced Occupational Therapist with four years of practice in pediatric outpatient therapy, where she has developed a strong passion for helping children reach their full potential. Her expertise spans a variety of therapeutic techniques, focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities. In addition to her clinical experience, she has had the opportunity to serve as an AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) consultant for AMP Kentucky for the past year. In this role, she has worked closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to support children in enhancing communication skills through alternative methods, ensuring they can engage more effectively in their everyday lives.

 
 

KATELYN GALLAGHER

  • Katelyn is a highly skilled speech-language pathologist with over five years of experience in both school-based and outpatient pediatric settings. She earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary's College and her graduate degree from Grand Valley State University. Throughout her career, Katelyn has developed expertise in areas such as Gestalt Language Processing, Neurodiversity-Affirming Practices, and AAC evaluation and treatment. Her dedication to these specialties has led her to her current role as an AAC consultant with Protech Medical/AMP KY, where she collaborates with SLPs and families to ensure access to functional communication for all individuals. Outside of her professional endeavors, Katelyn enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with her pets.

 

JENNIFER THORNTON

  • Jennifer Thornton received her undergraduate degree in audiology and speech pathology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Immediately after graduating, she started working at a pediatric private practice working with children with a wide range of disabilities who used a variety of different AAC devices and access methods. she has been an SLP for 4 years. In her free time she enjoys reading, doing anything outdoors, and cheering on the TN Volunteers!
